About me

Hi, I’m Artur, nice to meet you. By day, I build and maintain software. I take care of the server side, the backend: APIs, databases, infrastructure. Building physical things, though, is even more satisfying, because you can actually touch them! That’s why I studied mechatronics.

This blog is where I share what I’ve learned, both at work and while building my own projects in my spare time. As a friend from university once put it: “Mechatronics is the MMA of engineering.” That’s pretty much how I see today’s tech world.

While I mostly work on web applications, I’m also into IoT, edge computing and computer vision. Expect plenty of electronics and microcontrollers here, in the form of small projects, but only ones that solve a real problem, usually my own, around the house. Living in the countryside, there’s never a shortage of those. I’ll also offer a fresh take on .NET and how it can be used for IoT, CV, edge and LLMs.

Everything here comes from what I actually do and experience, plus thoughts that keep rattling around in my head. Maybe some of them will be worth a sip of your morning coffee.

Posts come out when I have something to say — no artificial schedule. Some are in Polish, some in English; the PL / EN switch in the header takes you to the translation, if one exists.
